Rudranath is a Hindu temple dedicated to god Shiva, It is a natural rock temple. This temple is located in Garhwal Himalayan mountains in Uttarakhand, India at 11,800 ft height above sea level.
This Shiva temple is the 3rd temple to be visited in the Panch Kedar pilgrimage circuit from the five comprising Shiva temples in the Garhwal region. Here's the face of God Shiva is seen as worshipped as"Nilkanth Mahadev"

- Morning pickup from Rishikesh bus station Arrive in Sagar Village.
- Stay Hotel / Homestay Alt 1568 m
- Arrive in Sagar Village (base of Rudranath trek). If time permits you can also visit the village or temple dedicated to Sagar.
Night stay at hotel/homestay in Sagar village.
Day 02: Sagar Village- Panar Bugyal

We will start our trekking from Sagar village early in the morning. After 2 hours of trekking, we will reach Pun Bugyal. After Pun, you will be crossing on the densest forests in the region with many streams in between.
After crossing the forest area we will relax and have packed lunch. As you move you can see the changing vegetation and views.
There you can click the picture of nature at its best as varies flowers, mushrooms, and insects thrive here.
After reaching the Panar Bugyal you can roll on the soft carpeted grasslands of the area. Stay in Panar shack or dome tents.
Day 03: Panar Bugyal - Rudranath

So the next morning you have to start early for the Rudranath Temple.
After a few kms of the trek, you will reach the ridge area named "Pitradhar" from where you can see views of the Himalayas on both sides which include Chaukhamba peaks, Kedarnath, etc.
After this, we will trek downhill for 1 km from here and to reach Naola pass then again start trekking for 4 kms to reach Rudranath.
After spending some quality time in Rudranath, we will have our packed lunch over there. We will trek back to Panar after lunch. Night stay in Panar Bugyal.
Day 04: Rudranath - Mandal

There is another option that we can trek down via Anusuya Devi Temple to Mandal. From Mandal, we can hire a cab or walk to reach Sagar Village. Night stay at hotel in Sagar.
Day 05: Departure from Sagar Village to Rishikesh

Additional Information
Charges of offloading backpack
- INR 1100/- if you make an online payment, 10 days in advance
- INR 1600/- if you inform us after reaching Dehradun.
The backpack cannot weigh more than 11 kgs. Backpack should have waterproof cover. Suitcases/trolleys bags will not be allowed.
Paying the Trek/ Adventure activity fee
The fee can be paid by online transfer/check deposit. Instruction for payment will be forwarded along with your confirmation email. When your transfer is done, please e-mail us a confirmation mail with your transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.
When to Book
It is wise to make your booking at least one month in advance. However, if you want a good deal on your domestic/international flight, we recommend organizing your trip at least five months in advance.

Terms for Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer is suppose to make a full payment in advance for the confirm bookings.
If in case a confirmed booking needs to be cancel than below are the refund policies
- Prior 30 days of the confirmed date, 60% of the total amount would be refunded
- Prior 25 days of the confirmed date, 50% of the total amount would be refunded
- Prior 20 days of the confirmed date, 40% of the total amount would be refunded
- Prior 15 days of the confirmed date, 30% of the total amount would be refunded
Note: After the said time YOUR HIKER DOST would not be entertaining any cancelation and no amount would be refunded whatsoever.
